Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your MagBak products in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement gear.
